With 20+ years of legal IT experience, John has had the pleasure of collaborating with hundreds of diverse law firms and organisations. He possesses a fervent commitment to aligning technology with business challenges, and adeptly dissecting intricate technical concepts to unlock benefits for businesses, users, and clients. Leveraging this expertise, John guides his team towards effectively addressing client challenges and advancing strategic growth initiatives.
Beyond the office, John enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, including his young son. He's an avid traveller, loves lifting heavy things and harbours a slight obsession with American Football, having played, coached, and often burning the midnight oil to catch every NYG game.

Gemma is our Key Account Manager, Subject Matter Expert and resident Super Woman! Having been called to the Bar in 2006, Gemma subsequently spent 15 years as a Legal Professional specialising in High Court, high value Costs Litigation cases (both Queen’s Bench and Chancery Divisions), in addition to appearances before the Privy Council. Gemma has a rich background in advising and representing a varied group of professional clients across the UK, the Bahamas and Gibraltar. Since making the decision to move to the Legal Software space three years ago, Gemma now prides herself in her ability to provide excellent levels of support to clients across a breadth of sectors and is passionate in the delivery of optimal levels of service in legal software and case management solutions.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family in Wales, running around after her two sons, and frequently enjoys attending weight and resistance training classes.

Dave joined the team in 2013 as an Associate Application Consultant, working his way up through the ranks to Senior Application Consultant. In August 2021 he decided to make the move into Project Management and was responsible for a variety of projects with differing needs and complexities, from Upgrades through to new Implementation.
In January 2024 he embarked upon a new venture with LNES and became a Client Advisor. Using his love of client collaboration and his unique, creative spark, Dave wanted to get back to doing what he does best, helping clients improve their use of Visualfiles.
After hours, Dave still has his work cut out for him as a dad to an energetic toddler and baby, and arguably the most emotionally demanding of all, time spent being an Everton fan!

For the following years Marcus held a position at a Progress OpenEdge specialist consultancy firm, delivering training courses and providing bespoke development and advice, across the UK.
Now, having recently celebrated 25 years’ with the business - long before it became LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions - Marcus is the Lexis Visualfiles Senior Product Specialist providing consultancy, assistance, and expertise on all things OpenEdge, SolCase and Visualfiles.
